In our first session, we will go over your initial intake form and focus on your main health and wellness priorities as well as your history with food and eating behaviors. We will get clear on your struggles and how we can begin the process of rectifying them.
In follow-up appointments, we will discuss your ups and downs from the last session and I will provide guidance, knowledge and coaching to help you get closer to feeling better inside yourself and around food.
When you sign up to work with me you will have access to direct messaging me via the online platform or through email and I will respond within 24-48 hours. This easy access will allow you to reach out whenever you have a question or need advice between sessions.
I will also provide personalized resources (as pdf files) based on what you need help with. This includes an individualized initial ‘feel good guidance’ packet to start you on your journey.

All initial sessions are 1 hour and cost $111.
All follow-up sessions are 45 minutes and cost $88.
Packages include:
4 session package [4 - 45 min sessions] = $312*
8 session package [8 - 45 min sessions]= $608*
12 session package [12 - 45 min sessions] = $888*
*All package prices do not include the initial $111 fee for the initial consultation that is required before a package can be purchased.
Payment plans are available for packages.

Currently, I am not in-network with ANY insurance companies. However, I can provide you a superbill so that you can try to receive potential reimbursement from your insurance company. Reimbursement from your insurance company is not guaranteed.
All payments must be made out-of-pocket.

Starting immediately after our initial session you can direct message me via the online platform or email and I will respond within 24-48 hours.
If you ONLY have one initial session and no further sessions are purchased, this direct access will last for 2 weeks following that session.
